We've teamed up with WeLearn Learning Solutions to develop the Ready to Work initiative, offering recruiting and
training
services to leading healthcare institutions nationwide.
This effort focuses on recruiting individuals interested in becoming allied healthcare professionals including
Medical Assistants, Surgical Technicians, Phlebotomists and other in-demand positions.
Ready to Work provides a streamlined enrollment process that guides candidates from registration to the
start of their program.
In partnership with Umass Global and Mass General Brigham (MGB), this initiative in the City of Boston has
received nationwide attention.
Umass Global and the Ready to Work team have recruited and enrolled 8,000+ candidates in the Boston area
resulting in over 500 job placements in 2023.
Additionally, we recently began working with Ardent Health Services to assist them in identifying,
recruiting and
training healthcare workers in 20 states nationwide.
